Why does Moonora use Shopify’s new account system?

Moonora uses Shopify’s updated customer account system to provide a more secure and streamlined sign-in experience.

This system is developed and maintained by Shopify, offering passwordless authentication through secure email verification or Shop login. A traditional password is no longer required.

Built on Shopify’s latest account infrastructure, it supports higher security standards, simplified access across devices, and removes the need to create, remember or reset passwords.

What payment methods does Moonora accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as PayPal and Afterpay.

For faster checkout, we also support Express Checkout options including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and browser compatibility.

All payments are securely processed and encrypted at checkout.

Can I cancel or amend my order after I’ve placed it?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@moonora.com.au.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’ll gladly assist where possible.

Once processing has begun or the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changes can no longer be made.

Can I choose different sizes for tops and bottoms in a set?

Yes. For selected sets, you may choose different sizes for the top and bottom as long as they are the same style and the same colour.

Please note that:

· Set items must be matched in the same colour

· Mixing different colours within one set is not available

· If you wish to mix colors, items need to be purchased separately

What packaging will my order arrive in?

Each Moonora order is thoughtfully packaged in a recycled delivery box and includes a reusable cotton dust bag.

To reduce unnecessary waste, shopping bags are available upon request only. If you would like one included, please leave an order note at checkout: “Shopping bag: Yes” (one per order).

What fabrics does Moonora use?

Moonora garments are crafted primarily from regenerated and natural fibres, selected for how they feel, move and wear over time.

We work with materials such as Cupro, Acetate, Lyocell and Modal, alongside cotton, wool and silk — chosen for their softness, breathability and refined drape.

Regenerated fibres offer fluidity, refined movement and a subtle, distinctive feel, while natural fibres bring familiarity and comfort.

Rather than focusing on fibre labels alone, we prioritise fabrics that balance comfort, wearability and material responsibility.

To explore each fabric in more detail, visit Our Fabrics.

Why does Moonora focus on regenerated and natural fibres?

Our approach to materials begins with how a garment feels on the body.

Comfort and movement guide the decision first, followed by aesthetic refinement and material responsibility.

Regenerated and natural fibres each play a role in achieving this balance.

For Moonora, sustainability is never isolated from design — it is integrated into garments made to be worn often and kept over time.

Are regenerated and natural fibres suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Moonora selects fabrics with everyday wear in mind.

Each material is valued for its softness, breathability and ability to maintain comfort through repeated use.

Where needed, complementary fibres are thoughtfully integrated to support durability while preserving ease and movement.

Sustainability, for us, is expressed through balance — creating garments designed to be worn often and kept over time.

How do I care for my Moonora Garments?

Our garments are crafted from delicate, considered fabrics and are designed to be gently cared for at home.

For regular care, cold hand wash only (max 30°C) using a mild detergent. Wash separately to minimise colour transfer.

Avoid soaking, rubbing, wringing, bleach, or fabric softeners, as these may affect the fabric’s structure and finish.

Cool iron on reverse side (max 110°C). Avoid direct ironing over prints, embellishments or buttons.

Professional dry cleaning may be used where additional care is required.

For specific care instructions, refer to the care label attached to your garment.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat. For everyday storage, we recommend using the accompanying dust bag to keep the garment in its best condition.

Please follow the provided care instructions carefully, as improper care may affect the appearance, feel and longevity of the garment.

Is wrinkling a natural characteristic of cupro?

Yes. Due to its lightweight and fluid drape, cupro may crease more easily than more structured fabrics.

This is a natural characteristic of the fibre and does not affect comfort or the overall quality of the garment.

Light steaming or low-temperature ironing will gently restore its smooth finish. When ironing, use a pressing cloth and avoid high heat.

(For full care details, please refer to the garment care label.)
