International shipping isn’t available just yet — but it’s on the way. Stay tuned.
SHIPPING FEES
Parcel Post(via Australia Post): AU$10 for orders under AU$150. Free for orders AU$150 and over.
Express Post(via Australia Post): AU$20 for orders under AU$300. Free for orders AU$300 and over.
Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.
Standard Shipping typically takes 3–6 business days.
Express Shipping typically takes 1–4 business days.
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, public holidays, or to remote areas.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, including to the delivery address or any other order details.
Shipping labels are generated automatically shortly after checkout, and updates can’t be made once this process begins.
Please double-check your details before placing your order.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Failed delivery attempts
• Uncollected parcels
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
