By accessing or using the Moonora website and services, and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. These policies form part of the agreement between you and Moonora.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Email Subscriptions & Welcome Offer

By providing your email address to Moonora through our website, including via sign-up forms, pop-ups, account creation, or checkout, you consent to receive marketing communications from us.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Any welcome or promotional offer provided in connection with email sign-up is available to new customers only and applies to full-price items unless otherwise stated.

Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an error in pricing, product description, availability, payment verification, or system error has occurred.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Product Representation and Colour Variation

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and photography, the colours shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual product.

Product images are for reference purposes only. Minor variations between online images and the delivered product may occur and do not affect the quality or performance of the item. The actual product received shall prevail.

Sizing and Measurements

Measurements provided on our website are taken by hand and may vary by approximately 0.5–2 cm.

As some garments, including knitted styles, are designed with natural stretch, flat measurements may differ from the fit when worn.

Label sizing may vary slightly from the size selected at purchase.

Any variations of this nature are considered normal and do not indicate a manufacturing fault.

Garment Care

Customers are responsible for caring for their garments in accordance with both the garment care label provided with the product and the general care guidance published on our website.

These sources should be read and followed together to ensure appropriate garment care.

Damage resulting from care, washing, drying, or ironing that does not follow these instructions is not considered a product fault and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable payment method for the total order amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Moonora currently sells and delivers within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Moonora is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details, including eligibility requirements and applicable timeframes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged.

We may decline any return or refund that does not meet the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees in respect of goods and services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale, Promotions and Final Sale

Discounted, marked‑down, or promotional items are not eligible for any additional discounts, offers, or codes.

Items discounted over 30% are classified as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Moonora does not offer price adjustments for purchases made prior to promotional periods.

Moonora reserves the right to amend, cancel, or limit promotions due to pricing errors, system issues, or operational constraints.

Faulty Items and Warranty

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, incorrect washing, abnormal use, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Moonora will offer a replacement or refund.

If no defect is found, the item may be returned to the customer and return shipping costs may apply.

Hygiene and Intimate Products

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, underwear, hosiery, bodysuits, and similar personal-wear items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

This policy is applied in accordance with Australian health and hygiene standards.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfilment.

Order cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If an order cannot be processed or is rejected by Moonora, the customer will be notified and the order will be cancelled with a refund issued.

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to:

engaging in unlawful activity

attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems

disrupting website functionality

using the website for fraudulent purposes

uploading malicious code or harmful content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities.

Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonora’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of goods from us is limited to the total purchase price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonora, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Moonora is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
