Returns Policy

 

RETURN TIMEFRAME

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. We want you to love what you ordered — if something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

ITEM CONDITION

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items damaged through incorrect washing cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject and return any items that do not meet the above conditions at the sender's expense.

 

SIZE OR COLOUR CHANGES

Need a different size or colour? Submit a return request and place a new order once approved.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Sign in to your account, view your order history, and select the item you'd like to return. It only takes a minute.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Your return request will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return label will be provided via email.

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees from the original order, including express shipping, are non-refundable.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

To ensure a smooth return process, we'll provide you with a return label, and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Approved returns should be lodged within 7 days of receiving the return label. Return labels expire after this period, and unlodged return requests may be automatically closed.

Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and sent within the timeframe provided.

We're unable to process returns that haven't been received.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can assess the issue promptly.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and any relevant photos when contacting us.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

 

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
